		<description>Benefits of solitude according to Chih:

1. Resets your mind, sets it free from constraints or traumatic experiences. 

2. Discovering what it is truly that makes you happy, which means you redefine your goals, and constantly seek to surround yourself with the people who will help you (and you help them) achieve this happiness.

3. Not putting up with blandness. 

4. Interests become that much richer for oneself, not the generic &quot;watch dvd night&quot;, &quot;lets go and drink to death&quot;. 

5. You sacrifice time to be alone so you won&#039;t be &#039;alone&#039; when you are older. 

That&#039;s it I think. Speaking from personal experience of course.
